Online shopping cart instructions

 

Adding items to your cart

Browse through the different categories on the left side of the store website, and choose a category.  Next, choose a subcategory to see the list of items available, and then select the item that you want to purchase.

 

Then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart.  You can then continue shopping for more items, or if you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart link.

 

Shopping Cart

The Shopping cart allows you to change the quantity of each item in your cart, EXCEPT FOR PEACHES.  Peaches can only be shipped as 1 box, and cannot be combined for shipping. 

 

You can also delete items from your shopping cart, if you no longer wish to purchase the item.

 

Checkout

The checkout feature allows customers to ship to multiple destinations yet pay for them at one time.  Once you have added all of the items to your shopping cart that you want to purchase, click the ‘Continue with checkout’ button.  If you already have an account in the system, login now.  If not, click on the ‘New User’ link to create a new account.

 

You will now see your shopping cart items listed with a drop down box to choose the recipient for each item.  If the recipient is not listed (or if you are a new customer), simply click on the 'View your saved Shipping Addresses' link and then create the new shipping address.  Once added, the drop down box will be updated with your new recipient.  Select the recipient in the drop down box, and then click the ‘Choose Recipient’ button to lock it in place. Once you have chosen recipients for each item, click the ‘Select Shipping’ button to calculate shipping charges.

 

Your order now generates the unique order ID and sub-order ID’s.  The first sub-order is displayed with all of the items that will be shipped together.  Click on the ‘Shipping info’ to calculate the shipping charges, shipping date, shipping instructions, and add a personal note.  If you need to adjust the shipping date or method (should you make a mistake), click on the ‘Shipping info’ button to reset the suborder selection. (Please note that peaches cannot be shipped over the weekend.  Also, certain locations will require 2 or 3 day shipping to ensure highest product quality).   Click on the ‘Finalize shipping for this suborder’ when it appears to continue.    Do this for each suborder, and when done, you will be brought to a review screen of your order info.  Press the ‘Select Payment’ button to continue.

 

 

 

Payment

In the drop down box, select the billing address that matches the credit card that you wish to use for payment.  If you do not already have a billing address on file, you will need to add one.  Select the ‘Choose Billing Information’ and enter in your credit card number and expiration date.  Then hit the ‘Submit Payment’ button, and your order is now complete.  You will get a confirmation email with a recap of your order.

 

Our checkout system integrates with our shipping system and keeps all of your customer information up to date.  All shipping addresses that you have used in the past are stored in your customer information.  Orders placed online are reviewed by our staff the next day to ensure the highest customer service.
