How we ship
McLeod Farms ships all purchases via UPS Ground Service; however, some locations may require air delivery. The cost of shipping UPS Ground Service, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and
Next Day Air Service is determined by the cost of goods sold. The shipping cost includes materials & special care handling.

The map shown above shows the UPS shipping areas with the number of business days it takes for ground delivery.
Greeting
We will be glad to enclose a gift card with your personal message. Write your greeting in the space provided.
Corporate Gifts
We offer special pricing on large orders. Please send us your address list in Microsoft Excel via E-Mail or diskette, and we will gladly ship to your clients. Gift card will be included at no extra charge. Call for more information.
SHIPPING FOR JARRED PRODUCTS AND GIFT BASKETS:
Orders received Monday through Friday before 1pm EST are shipped that same day.
Orders received after 1pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day*.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will also ship the next business day.
*Business days are Monday through Friday.
Please note that weekends, holidays and the day your order ships do not count in determining the number of business days needed for
delivery. For example, if you place your order on Thursday by 1pm EST and it is a 3 day ground delivery your gift will arrive the
following Tuesday. For quicker shipping pick 3-Day select, 2-Day or Next Day Air when placing your order.
SHIPPING FOR FRESH PEACHES:
When ordering peaches, please be sure to remember the following - We have to have the orders in at least a week in advance so we know how many to pack, etc. Also we ship peaches Monday-Thursday because the peaches have to be delivered within the same week they were shipped. They can not be held over the weekend by UPS because they will go bad.
Requsted ship dates override variety choices
Only shipments in the United States are available
Indicate the week of shipment
Check with your gift recipients to confirm shipment dates
Give physical address. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes
UPS can give more prompt service when shipping to a business address
Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, or Check (Customers who wish to pay by check will be billed weekly)
Provide us with your E-Mail address and well as the E-Mail addresses of our recipients and we can inform you and them when the order has been shipped
We ship Monday - Wednesday. Only local ground deliveries or Next Day Air delivers may be shipped Thursdays.
Peaches will be shipped weekly; however, THE REQUESTED SHIP DATE WILL OVERRIDE VARIETY CHOICE. If you prefer a particular variety of peaches,please make sure your ship date coincides with the time they will be harvested. Refer to table for harvest dates.
Product Perishability
Fresh peaches are quite perishable and have a very short shelf life. Peaches are best if allowed to ripen before refrigeration. (They are ripe when slightly soft to the touch)
